Terms of Business
This document sets out the terms of business between YourMoneyLoans.co.uk and its customers. You should read these terms carefully. If you are unsure of any areas then you should contact us to seek clarification before applying for a loan.
Service Provided
YourMoneyLoans.co.uk agree to provide you with an introduction to an authorised credit broker for the purpose of arranging finance. YourMoneyLoans.co.uk will not itself provide you with a loan or provide you with any advice about the suitability of a loan. YourMoneyLoans.co.uk may obtain factual information from you in order to assist a selected credit broker to deal with your enquiry.
Your Duty of Disclosure
It is your responsibility to provide information which is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Acting in your best Interests
If a material interest or conflict of interest should arise in business that YourMoneyLoans.co.uk is arranging for you, we will let you know and ask your consent before carrying out your instructions. If YourMoneyLoans.co.uk introduces you to a selected credit broker and that results in a successful loan application we may receive an introductory fee from that broker. We will disclose this fee to you upon request.
Data Protection Act 1998
The personal data you provide will be used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You have a right to access all the personal information that YourMoneyLoans.co.uk holds about you. To receive this YourMoneyLoans.co.uk must receive a written request from you and it reserves a right to charge a £10 fee.
Complaints
YourMoneyLoans.co.uk is a trading name of Alexander Laurence who is licensed by the Office of Fair Trading to provide credit brokerage services. License No. 0646217. Alexander Laurence is also covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. In the event you have a complaint please contact us on or write to us at PO Box 190, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 9AH. If you are dissatisfied with YourMoneyLoans.co.uk complaints handling procedure and it has not dealt with your complaint within 8 weeks, you are entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Governing Law.
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with English Law. In relation to any dispute, you agree to submit it to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
